Jim graduated from the Massachusetts School of Law in 1991, University of Massachusetts – Lowell in 1981, and Austin Preparatory School in 1976. He became a Wilmington police officer in 1983, and served as Police Prosecutor in the Woburn District Court from 1991 to 2004. He retired from the police force as a detective in 2004. He has extensive experience in patrol, traffic and commercial vehicle enforcement, and police investigations. He opened his law firm in 1991.
Jim handles criminal cases, from Clerk’s hearings through trial. He represents clients in Registry of Motor Vehicle hearings and Registry Board of Appeals. He also represents clients in personal injury cases, family law and civil litigation matters, at mediation and arbitration. He practices in the Probate, District and Superior Courts.
Kim is a former prosecutor for the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office. She is an experienced trial attorney, practicing in the District and Superior Courts. She specializes in criminal defense. Kim also handles appellate criminal matters, and has argued in the Supreme Judicial Court and Appeals Court of Massachusetts.
Kim is a 1995 Boston College School of Law graduate, and a 1991 graduate of Merrimack College.
